Refund and Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Below is our refund and return policy to ensure you have a smooth experience with us.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags attached.
• Items must be returned in the original packaging (if applicable).
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@viralityapparel.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

• Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
• Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

• Final Sale items.
• Gift Cards.
